Barbara Ann Spencer Jump Art Work of the American Southwest

How To Order

You may order using the PayPal Shopping Cart. It is quick, easy and secure. If you have problems, please send me an email or call to tell me that you are experiencing problems.

You may just telephone and I'll take your order.  480-961-1606.  Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time through the winter months and on the same time as the Pacific Coast during the Daylight Savings Hours.

I'm pretty much a one woman operation.  I do the art work and do the packaging and shipping myself.  Considering the high cost of gasoline, I try to ship on days when I have other chores scheduled.  I want to you to receive your art as soon as possible so I try to allocate at least two days a week for shipping duties.

My preferred methods of shipping are the USPS and Fed-Ex ground.

Shipping limitations:

Large format works will require freight. Works on canvas can be taken off the stretcher bars and rolled into a tube and shipped at reasonable costs, however, unless you are an artist and experienced with stretching you will need to take the painting to a frame shop for stretching.  Shipping the art in a tube will economize your shipping and handling costs and actually may provide better protection for the art work in many circumstances.
Most over-sized pieces can be delivered or picked up here in Arizona without shipping costs.

Shipping and handling costs on all items will be paid by the customer prior to shipment, except as noted in the text on the particular items. (I do have items that I pay the shipping on!)

If you want a framed piece of art work, there are considerations concerning shipping that must be discussed on an individual basis. I will need your phone number or your email so that this can be handled efficiently.

Customer Service:

Lost or damaged shipments: (It seldom happens, but just in case:)

1.    You must notify me immediately that your item has been received in a damaged condition. Please use the phone or email to make this notification. If you fail to notify me, the claim for damaged goods may be denied, due to the carrier's policies and not mine. If certain procedures are not followed when the damage is found, the carrier may refuse to pay the claim.
2.    You must be prepared to hold the shipment in the original container for the inspector for the Postal Service, FedEx or other carrier. The shipping carrier will handle the return of the goods to me, and you should not have to pay for these return costs.

If you have questions please don't hesitate to call or email me.
