Barbara Ann Spencer Jump Art Work of the American Southwest

My Business Policies

All work is guaranteed for quality. I also want you to be happy with the work in an aesthetic sense. I want you to like it, and to feel proud to show it or give it. If the work is not what you thought it would be, or if it does not present itself well in your setting, you may return it to me for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You must make your return within 15 days of receipt of shipment. You must notify me that you are returning the item, and the reason for the return.
  • You must pay return shipping and handling costs, in addition to the charges mentioned in item #4 below.
  • The work is to be returned to me in good saleable condition.  It is imperative that the item be carefully packed in a manner consistent with the original shipment to you.
  • Your account will be credited, (all credits will appear on your billing statement) or, in the case of a money order or personal check payment, you will be refunded the amount you originally paid LESS the original shipping and handling charges.

If it is being returned because of a quality issue or is an order that contains a mistake on my part, I pay for the return shipping.

  • I use the finest quality paints, substrates and matting materials in the production of my art. The edges of your mats will not turn yellow over time.

I try my best to ship to you as soon as physically possible.  I want you to receive your purchase when you're still excited about having ordered it.

I respect your privacy and you only hear from me in the future if you have agreed to do so.

  • I do not sell, share or let your private information be compromised in any way.  Your purchasing history, your payment information, address, email address, phone number and even your name is secured in my office and will remain so unless required by law.
  • If you have questions please don't hesitate to call or email me.

Thank you for giving me the chance to tell you how I see my responsibilities and obligations to you, the person who allows me to create my art.
