All copyright and licensing rights of all images and text on this site belong to Barbara Ann Spencer Jump. These images are published here in this format to promote the sale of artwork of Barbara Ann Spencer Jump. No image may be printed, downloaded, copied, or used in any manner without the written permission of Barbara Ann Spencer Jump. This includes paintings, art prints, and painting lesson materials.
Purchases: When you make a purchase of art, you will own the art work in it's physical form, you will not own the right to reproduce that art in any matter without my permission. The copyright and licensing rights are retained by me, as they are by most artists. That means that you cannot purchase art work and then make copies for your friends, make cards to use, or have that art produced in any form. Any form includes t-shirts, mugs, dishes, potholders, cards, stationery or any product. It is not permissible to alter the art and then reproduce it. As long as it still 'looks' like my art it IS my art.
It is possible for you to purchase the art and the rights to reproduce it but that is a separate purchase and is not available on this site. You may contact me if you want to purchase all rights to any image.
