This painting has a companion.
Springtime in Arizona brings a lot of flowers and usually a lot of beautiful skies. Some of the flowers are wildflowers, and some are cactus flowers. There has to be enough rain in the winter and then again in the spring for all these flowers to come out and show themselves in March and April. This is one of two paintings that I did several years ago for the card company to print note cards.
Monitor settings may make a difference in the colors and values you see. I've adjusted these photos to look as close to the originals as possible, but I cannot see what is on your monitor. There is more information on my FAQ page about monitor settings.
The painting is 10 inches high by 8 inches wide. It will
mat nicely to a 20 inch by 16 inch size. Add 1/4 inch for
the frame width.
