Barbara Ann Spencer Jump Art Work of the American Southwest

Watercolor Painting

Come On In and Visit

In Santa Fe, as well as the rest of the southwest, there are many blue doors.  Some lead to residences, some to businesses, some lead to courtyards.  I'm sure that you know that this was a restaurant. The doors are always interesting. Some are brand new with fancy work, some are pieced together haphazardly with odd assortments of wood and metal. Some with fresh paint regardless of structure and some with peeling paint. They vary in shape, texture, and most of all, color.  Some lean to turquoise, or cobalt, even blue-violet.

Oh!  Did I mention that there are also the red doors of Santa Fe?

The original painting is not currently matted or framed.  If you want to purchase the painting with a mat and frame please contact me for further details.
