This has probably been my most popular reproduction. I had never painted birds before, and wasn't sure I wanted to, or could. A greeting card company asked me to paint quails, they printed it and it was so popular that I had it printed full size. This is also the first of my images that I extended the painting to the mat in the manner that you see here.
